Dean Smith, the son of Cole Smith, is an associate with Wyatt & Associates, a firm that has designed many prominent Dallas homes to which Dean has contributed.  He has also designed important residences himself, including the home at 3900 Stonebridge, high on the bluff overlooking Turtle Creek.
