Gary Cunningham designed this modern home for its site, over a bridge to a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides.
5400 Surrey Circle
5400 Surrey Circle was designed in 1996 by Gary Cunningham and Sharon Odom. Beautifully placed on the lot, the interior accentuates the feel of the wooded exterior. Architect Daphne Perry was commissioned to do the custom tapestries.
6730 Northaven
This was regional modernist Corky Cunningham's first house. Cunningham is as effusive and expressive as Lionel Morrison is sparse. Cunningham is willing to take chances, experiment and provoke within delightful confines of indigenous Texas modernism. This home sits on a 4 ˝ acre tract that is deed restricted for three lots incorporating design criteria.
