Highland Park West of Preston Neighborhood
Highland Park Real Estate
As in most communities, the development grows north and west. In 1924 the west addition of Highland Park was developed including many homes that were even grander and architecturally more substantial. Neighborhoods west of Preston were developed in the second group of sections bounded by Preston Road on the east, Westway and Fairway on the south, the Tollway on the west and Mockingbird Lane on the north. There are still original homes found from the 30s and 40s, but there is a greater sense of redevelopment. As a real estate broker specializing in the finest neighborhoods, historic and architect designed homes for 30 years I am committed to helping you acquire an architecturally significant home here that represents real value – superior aesthetic and economic investment.
