Batesons Neighborhood
Four Charles Dilbeck designed homes were originally built around the spring-fed creek and lake in the heart of the small Batesons neighborhood in Preston Hollow. Boundaries include the 5500 block of Park Lane as the northern boundary, Hollow Way as the western boundary, Northwest Highway as the southern boundary, and Hathaway as the eastern boundary. This significant neighborhood includes Chatham Hill, Deloache and Kemper Court.
