This home was designed in 1967 by E.G. Hamilton. It was almost torn down but sensitive owners resold it to the current owners who have renovated the home and made it current. The original design of continuous walls and an open plan remain as relevant 35 years later. Dallas AIA has given this home its 25-year award. The renovation design was done by Mil Bodron and Svend Fruit.
